K, list is updated. I think I got them all. I left out the games though. We can save that for another page.

shareware has it's uses - but I think note should be made of the fact if they are going to be placed within a "Freeware" list

I removed the few shareware apps I put in there originally, as mini supplied me with freeware alternatives. That's the whole idea of the list.

I could always get really anal and suggest we mark which ones are open source and which ones are freeware

I agree 100% there... I've got Smoothwall running on a 486DX4/100 with 16MB of RAM and a 210MB HDD, works like a charm, just sits there whirring away
