Can I assume someone has deleted the offending pm? Or is it more sinister ? My AV and AS are not reporting anything, I fully upto date so hopefully its a hoax! Any ideas?

Sounds like the same sort of issue Battlemate mentioned in the shoutbox. We may have a bug but it sounds to me like some spammer created an account "AdminLady" and was using it to send personalized spam via private message.

As soon as I find those like that I have been deleting them as soon as I find them. I have taken out 3 of them in the last 2 months, they seem to have slowed down now though.
